2. Payment and Refund Policy

Course Fees: All courses must be paid in full at the time of registration. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect previously purchased courses.

Refund Policy: Refunds may be provided if requested within 30 mins. of enrollment, No refunds will be issued after this period.

Discounts and Promotions: Any promotional offers or discounts are valid only during the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Course Content and Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All course materials, including videos, quizzes, resources, and supplemental content, are the property of The Psychomagic Institute and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the course without written permission.

Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Content Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify the course content at any time to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information.

4. No Professional Advice


The courses offered are for educational purposes only and do not provide professional psychological or medical advice. The information provided is not intended to be a substitute for consulting with a licensed psychologist, counselor, or mental health professional. 5. Code of Conduct

Respectful Interaction: Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the course without refund.

Prohibited Activities: You may not use the course platform to:
Engage in any unlawful or harmful behavior.

Share content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the privacy of others.

Use any automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.) to access the platform or course materials.

6. Certification and Accreditation

Completion Certificates: Certificates of completion may be provided at the end of each course, provided all requirements are met. The courses are for educational purposes and may not be accredited by a recognized educational institution.

Accreditation Disclaimer: Our courses are designed for personal enrichment and professional development but may not meet the specific accreditation standards of professional organizations or educational institutions.

Shipping is not applicable for business.
